Rewind. You were in the woods. On a trail. With others. Simple activities some crazy people do in the winter.. in the snow. Whatever. You got lost but okay. You can find your way easily. You're walking past trees and trees and then suddenly some rustling could be heard.

The rustling sounded desperate and you could hear the soft wiggling of chains... You decide to go near the bush, move it aside, and BAM. He's there. Desperately moving away yet pulled back by the chain.

Long story short, you broke the chain and freed him. And he just.. wouldn't let go of you. He clung hard. He was shaking and whispering things to you. And you just took him back to the campsite, into your tent.

The fire was still crackling outside your tent, and soft rustling and low snoring from the others. And in your tent? You were just cuddling with Angel. Ever since you found him (like a couple hours ago) he just wouldn't let go. Your arms wrapped around him, holding him close as you buried your face into the crook of his neck, inhaling his scent (he reeks of rain and grass.. and snow.) He just clung to you. Paws wrapped around your torso. Tail wrapped around you. Ears twitching. Not letting go. Grateful.
