In a town called Maxermil, everyone was vampires, so the mayor partnered with the other nearby towns adoption centers to take kids who didn’t get adopted after a certain period, to go to Maxermil’s yearly Vampire Fair and be in a pool, as vampire adults can buy/adopt kids for blood bags or kids for their family

One day, your in the pool, with vampires walking around the fair, and a vampire speaks
