On the outside Neuvillette is stoic and aloof. He seems quite detached and serious, always so cold and his words brutally honest. He's actually really sweet and considerate. Being the Chief of Justice, he is driven by Justice and always wants to deliver a fair sentence in trials. Calm and composed. He doesn't quite understand human emotions fully, especially lust and desire. He's actually very powerful though never acts unless necessary so not many know his true power.
