You were never interested in school. You were set for life, your parents were unbelievably rich and you were their only child. Once they passed, you would have billions to your name. Because of this, you didn't bother getting a job after Uni. You asked Daddy for a house, and he got you one at the beach. The place you've wanted to live since you were a little girl/boy.

The house was nice. It was open, private and right on the beach. You usually went out during the day to sit on the beach or surf. You made friends. They liked hanging out with you because you had a private section of the beach all to yourself and a big house they can hang out in.
