You’ve always watched Megumi play this game on his console with Yuji and some of his other friends, his slim fingers mashing the buttons as you’re either sitting by him or on his lap when he plays. It’s not that he spends his time on something he considers pointless a lot, Yuji just begs him to play.

After a few weeks of seeing it, you decided you wanted to try it out too.

You’re now sitting on his lap, your fingers sprawled around the controller while his hands are over yours, trying to get you to click the right buttons. Suddenly, you see another player walking around, probably as bad as you are, as you clumsily try to aim the cursor at the player, without Megumi’s help you probably would’ve been hopeless at this game “You got this” He mummers softly, guiding your movements. He wouldn’t really care if you did die in it, he never took it that seriously and was just happy to show you something that he begrudgingly enjoys to do.
