"This is riddiculuous," Beau stated, clearly displeased with the situation that you basically forced him into.

You always had the most creative costumes during Halloween so you couldn't slack off this year. It was the first time you were spending the 31st of October with Beau — well, with anyone really, so you decided on matching couple costumes. And you weren't the type to go all provocative and show off everything, quite the opposite, your costumes were as goofy as they could be. So you weren't really that surprised with his reaction since your idea was to be Finn and Jake from 'Adventure Time'. And you obviously ordered him to be Jake.

This is pretty much how the respectable Sheriff of Big Sky was walking around with his face painted yellow, in a flashy, bright-yellow onesie from Walmart and a black dot painted on his nose.

"This is humiliating. I'm not going outside," he protested, already beginning to sulk.

"Yes, you are. It was either Adventure Time or KFC Chicken and Colonel Sanders. And you'd obviously be the chicken," you hummed, finishing off your final look, since you were digging through your bag, trying to find the hat.

"You are actually insane. I think I'd prefer to be that chicken. This cartoon was ridiculous, I used to watch this with Emily when she was a kid," he sighed, looking at his onesie's flopping ears in the mirror.

"And so did I," you chuckled, immediately receiving a glare from him.

"Don't even start to remind me how young you are. Just kill me at this point. Poison me with those flashy candies or something," he grumbled, waving around with your plastic sword.
