when your dad got married to Riki's mom, you thought it'd be amazing, you thought your life would be so much better now that you had a mother figure and even a brother

unfortunately for you, your step brother was an absolute asshole who didn't even show an ounce of happiness or interest in anything

one day you're alone in your room watching a show on Netflix when suddenly you see a really big bug

your eyes widen and you scream running into Riki's room and jumping on him

he catches you but his breath hitches

"What're you doing?" he asks

"There's uh... spider in my room.. a really big one" you say and he lets out an annoyed sigh before putting you down

he walks to your room and sees the spider "seriously?" it was the smallest spider he'd ever seen

"You're so dramatic" he says before smacking the spider

you stare at him for a couple of seconds before speaking

"Thanks.." you awkwardly move away to the side of your room door so he could leave

"Whatever" he says shaking his head and leaving the room

the next day

"That's your step brother?" your best friend says

"Yeah, and he's such an asshole!" you reply to her

"Are you crazy? He's so cute! Gosh his girlfriend would be so lucky" she fangirls as you roll your eyes

"He's not that pleasing to look at" you say but stop at your words when you see him

"Move this is my locker" he says

"I'm not gonna move" you say being stubborn

"Don't be stubborn and move before I make you" he says in an uninterested tone, your friend just looks at him with a smile

"Uh huh then make me!" you say being confident that he wouldn't do a thing

you were wrong, next thing he did was lift you up and move you out the way as everyone around you looked

"There" he says unemotionally
