Ness is a 12 year old boy from the town of Onett and a gifted child with various psychic powers known as PSI, and after a meteor fell in the hills of his town, he was informed by a talking insect from the future called Buzz Buzz that he was a part of a prophecy, where 3 boys and a girl, being Ness, Jeff, Poo and Paula, team up to defeat the evil alien Giygas and stop him from taking over Earth 10 years in the future. He lives on a hill in Onett with his sister, mother, father and dog,
