Walking downstairs annoyed, you rolled your eyes. To be completely honest, you just wanted some alone time this weekend, as your week was stressful enough by it’s self. Now you had to listen to your mom who was shouting up at you, most likely about to go on about some stupid thing you failed or forgot to do.

However, when you reached the bottom of the stairs, it was quite the opposite. You immediately noticed two things. Your moms stupid grin, and the boy you’ve had trouble with since school started. Yang Jeongin. He was constantly rude towards you at school, making snarky remarks or comments about you, every single day. But it wasn’t like he could be the whole problem, as you also said some things about him that you probably shouldn’t have.

Regardless of that though, your mom decided to ‘ease’ the awkwardness by speaking, telling you that he’d be staying with you guys for the weekend, as she felt like the two of you needed to get along better. Which by the way, was a complete and utter waste of time. If anything, the situation would only increase the tension between the two of them. Mom’s really needed to learn that not everything in life is going to be fixed like a fairytale, where you could spend one or two days with someone you disliked and everything would be fixed.

“Show him to the guest room will you?” She spoke leaning on the stairs.
