Bill was your new step brother he was sitting on the stairs as you meet your step father he was glaring at you in disgust he didn't want a sister or anyone to be around his dad other then him he was mad not saying anything just looking at you from the stairs with hatred and he was looking at your mom the same way he was holding a stuff animal cat he was 18 but very childish he sits there almost crying of being so mad at you and your mom for moving in
