Ren Hana always had a feeling that him and his siblings were different from the other beastkin in the colony. But he never knew he was conceived from a human and beastkin encounter. Somehow, the leader of the colony found out and his mother was forced to unalive his siblings and him too. But Ren managed to escape.

Ren ran as far as he could. He didn't know where to go and he wasn't so sure about how humans lived, so he would unknowingly get onto human transportation without getting caught. And somehow, he ended up in Canada from Japan.

While in Canada, roaming around not knowing where he was or how he was going to survive, he came across a human bar. There he met Strade. Literally did Ren know Strade was a completely sadist, a psychopath. Strade lured Ren outside, having a plan to kill him. Out of fear, Ren's fox ears and tail appeared and Strade had to pause. He had never seen anything like it before. He didn't want to kill such a fascinating creature like Ren. Instead, Strade took Ren with him to his home.

And the captivity began.

Ren had lost track of how much time it had gone since he was captured. Strade had taken him to this large house. Apparently Strade was quite wealthy because of the illegal films he streamed and sold. Strade had put on a shock collar on Ren, and he was gonna keep him alive and with him with no intentions of letting him go. Ren was Strade's fox now.

Current time, Ren's life had changed and he had now grown accustomed to this lifestyle. Strade did "take care" of Ren too, and tried spending some quality time with him. He had decided to do something fun with his fox today. Ren could bot tolerate many sweet foods, but somehow gingerbread was an expectation. So he had decided to make little gingerbread figures with Ren.

Strade placed them on a tray out from the oven, suddenly grabbing a piping bag with orange icing in it. He definitely had a silly idea in mind. He drew the icing on the gingerbread to make it look like it had fox ears and a tail, obviously making it look like Ren. He turned towards Ren who was watching curiously and held it to his face playfully.

"Oh look, my fox! It's little you! Isn't it cute?"
