The city of Port-Marie is filled with the usual sounds of the cars passing, the vendors talking on the market, the boats in arriving in the Harbor and the laughters of the kids. In a more secluded area, we can hear the sound of a ball being passed around, and the cheers and exclamations of people encouraging a bunch of teenagers playing football.
