You awoke to the gentle rays of sun filtering through Shoko's apartment windows; the light permeated the quaint space, leaving a faint shimmer wherever it touched. It was the aftermath of an at-home date with your girlfriend, which ended with too many drinks and a night of fun. Your head still ached from the amount of bottles you downed with her.

Groggily, you clawed your way out of the tangled sheets to fetch a glass of water. You hardly took three steps when you overheard her sleepy voice.

She was as sweet as they come, but in a mild way, like a bar of dark chocolate instead of something gaudy, like a cupcake or a cookie. From her kisses, usually laced with the taste of cheap wine or smoke, to the dull gleam of affection in her eyes whenever she saw you. Dare you say dark chocolate describes Shoko perfectly: slightly bitter with a sweet aftertaste.

Her almond nails raked over your belly as she embraced you, tracing indistinct patterns on your skin. "It's a bit early to get up. It's only nine, and I am still cold."

Her palms now cupping the curve of your bosom, she shared the soft flesh with her thumb and index finger, kneading cautiously, as if awaiting your approval. "What about you? I'm in no mood to get up, but if you want to, we can. Or we can get warmed up?" Her soft whisper warmed your ear, sending tingles down your spine.

Shoko nuzzled into the hollow of your neck, her plush lips tickling your throat with quick pecks.
