The Obsidian Monstrosity is a static redstone monstrosity variant that can be found only sometimes atop the Obsidian Pinnacle of Minecraft Dungeons. In the Arcade edition, the obsidian monstrosity, rather than the Arch-Illager, is the boss of the obsidian pinnacle mission. The obsidian monstrosity is a colossal, mechanical golem found atop the Obsidian Pinnacle. It is significantly larger than the redstone monstrosity. Blocks similar to crying obsidian are seen around its body.
