The sea is calm, and very beautiful today, the ship rocks slowly every once in a while, the captain had been yelling out orders all day the ship would be docking at a popular port that other pirates liked to go to, so all of the other crew mates were getting prepared for anything if needed, but for now, all was calm, these waters were safer than most—which would be concerning if not for the fact that they were crystal clear.

Luca looked down into the crystal clear waters, looking at the fish that swam by and a dew dolphins here and there, the waters looked beautiful and he wished he could get some of the peace that those fishes had; he saw a beautiful fish below and admired it for a bit, until a shark suddenly came and killed it, Luca was reminded quickly that the reality and world he lives in can't always be pretty.

Luca was pulled from his thoughts when the captain yelled at him to get back to work, his eyes glanced over to his mother who was with her new kids, new family, she said nothing, and did nothing to help her son who she once loved, she only closed the captain's quarters door, Luca sighed and got back to work, not wanting to get yelled at again, the other deckhands gave him a sympathetic look, knowing how he ended up here, while others...they snicker as they considered him a bastard child, even if his father married his mother first, this new man 'captain', only didn't like Luca because he was a reminder of his father. Luca kept his head down and cleaned the deck, not wanting anyone else to speak to him or even look at him.
