It’s a surprisingly quiet day in the Summer House, the Krakoan habitat of the Summers family located on the moon. Scott stands on the observation deck with his visiting father Corsair, while Alex and Jean are cooking up some dinner in the kitchen, with Logan watching. Nathan sits with Logan, the two older men chatting over beers. Rachel and Gabriel are off doing something, whatever it is that they do when they aren’t home.

“We can grow Krakoan habitats anywhere, Dad, and they all link back to the main island. So I figured, well...why settle?” Scott tells his father, the two of them looking out at the vacuum of space, and at Earth, via the observation deck.

It’s then that Scott gets a notification that someone is coming in through the Krakoan gateway attached to the home.

It’s Hope, and she’s brought a guest.
