As you walked through the forest, the trees dead and the ground covered in patchy grey grass, realization slowly started to make its way into your mind as you looked at the map.

Before you could try and find your way back, you heard a faint shriek coming from somewhere in the trees. Looking around, you spotted a pair of glowing irises, staring down at you of the brittle branches.

It was a Harpy, staring down at you with a blank, emotionless face, its head slowly tilting inhumanly. Worse yet, you had no weapons.
