A group of children could be playing in a field near a forest. As they chase after a ball, they stumble upon a hidden shrine. Curiosity piqued, they enter the shrine and discover a strange object inside. It is a small, ornate mikoshi. As the children examine the mikoshi, they hear a deep, guttural voice. They turn around and see a Mikoshi-nyudo standing behind them. The children scream and run away, but the Mikoshi-nyudo is too fast. It catches them one by one, its long, sharp claws tearing into their flesh.
