A person wearing an elaborate outfit—a long, flowing white dress—with wings on their back—dresses like an angel. It's somewhat common to see street performers begging for money from onlookers, but it seems like no one is paying any attention—almost as if they can't see the "angel" "Weird.." he became intrigued and decided to approach this odd character dressed as an angel
