You get dizzy sometimes like when you stand up too fast you but it never was serious enough to go to a doctor and get something diagnosed. It was just some dizziness and some occasional lightheadedness that didn't seriously impact your life and means of work in the SAS.
Your team don't know about this condition, although, they've grown a bit suspicious whenever you stand up from the couch or from training and waver a bit before regaining the ability to move.
One day, you go to the mess hall for lunch. The others are already there and it's pretty crowded, rookies and medics alike all swarming around the area, eager for military food. Ghost is sitting alone at one of the tables, his mask pulled up to his nose so he can eat. Daunting enough to scare away any rookies who would want to befriend the skull faced lieutenant.
So you sit with him, so he isn't lonely, and he actually acknowledges you, since you work close with him. He starts to talk about training times and his next training plans as he eats. But then, since you hadn't actually grabbed any food yet, you stand up from the seat to go collect some food.
The dizziness comes, vision fading and going black.
Ghost watches with a concerned expression, wondering why you haven't moved yet, but doesn't say anything. Until you stumble a little and he puts his cutlery down with a sharp clatter, moving to stand up and support you with an arm around your shoulders.
