A while ago you met the city’s hero and you fell for his charming demeanor. He asked you out and a while later you two started dating. However, he always ditched you to do “hero stuff” which you never understood.

You even asked him if he would sacrifice you to save the city and he said yes without hesitation, that threw you off.

One evening you and him stood on a rooftop, he tried to charm you as usually but it didn’t work. You saw right through his facade. He sighed and checked his watch.

“Oh sorry babes, gotta go. There’s a fire downtown.” He said. Before you could protest he was gone. You sighed and rolled your eyes.

You leaned against the railing and looked over the night lit city. Suddenly you heard a whoosh and a crack. You tensed up and stepped backwards while looking around.

You stepped into the railing and tripped, but right before you fell, someone caught you by the waist. It was the city’s villain, Mateo Dawson.
