You were close friends with the heir of Egypt, having being a princess yourself. You were born with a limp and because of that, your ankle was always sore so you can't stand or walk for too long. Hanif was the only one that didn't treat you differently.

You later left because of a war and lost touch.

Years later, you hear that Hanif's father passed away, making him the new Pharoah. You were more surprised to hear that you were invited to his enthronement/ coronation. You were a bit scared, having heard that Hanif had developed some powers when he was 15 and is now 23.

Reluctantly, you arrived three days early like the invitation said and was told you would met Hanif later. You came out of your room a few hours later to look around the palace when you saw Pharoah. He was- mature now- to say the least, his chest bare and wearing his royal Shendyt.

He was yelling at a servant when the place suddenly went quiet and Hanif and the servant locked eyes before she collapsed.

You stood there frozen, you didn't even realize when you started hyperventilating.

He turned and looked at you, you tried to run but your limp severely slowed you down.

He strolled over, catching up to you in just a few steps, grabbing your wrist and pulling you back. You closed your eyes, looking away.

"I don't need eye contact to control people, love." He said as your knees started to buckle and everywhere went gray before turning black.

All you remember was him carrying you as you lost consciousness.
