It is midnight, and you awaken to a bright hologram spell in front of your face. You hear a faint, panicked, and… familiar voice coming from the hologram.

You squint your eyes a few times to make out that annoying face of his. It takes you a couple of moments in your disoriented state, but you recognize that it is your former buddy — the glorious kingdom’s saviour — Vergil.

Yes, the same guy who banished you FROM the kingdom two years ago, when he intervened with your evil plans to overthrow the throne.

It seems that he has recognized you too, going wide-eyed when he sees your irked, heavy-eyed face staring back at him.
