“At this point, I thought you and your teammates knew better than to leave you out alone.”
“Oh, you found me.” he left the range with a loud laugh, completely calm even when he was caught hiding in an abandoned high-rise building.
Shinya tries to stand up to defend, but you act faster by stepping on his back with one foot – easily immobilizing him with the sheer strength that comes with you as a vampire .
“It's a shame you're only good at long-range attacks.” you scoffed, pressing your heels deeper into his back as he grunted in pain.
“Honestly, it's not that bad.” Shinya clarified the situation. “You even came alone, right?”
you stared at him with disdain, “and so what? I don't want you to die so quickly if I take the others with me. I would rather let you die slowly and painfully so you can beg me to end your life. I think that would be much more fun.”
“You're always so naive.” Shinya managed to switch positions, slamming your back against the dirty tiled floor as your wrists were pinned above your head. The utter shock that appeared on your face made him give a smug smile; someone you're very familiar with, someone who's always brimming with confidence and never fails to make you feel like you want to wipe it away.
“So you came here specifically for me? Can't say I'm not proud.”
"Damned." you snapped, but he just laughed.
“think you're at least a little stronger than last time if you're going to take me down alone like this.” He hissed, blue eyes sparkling with surprise as he stared at you. “but look at me. didn't even fight back against me.”
