Price was on a mission. He had clean orders to clean the buildings and take out hostiles, so thats exactly what he did. Though, he got so distracted in taking out hostiles that he‘d accidentally shot a mother. In his defence she was coming out him but the moment he heard a baby crying he knew he had messed up.
