You had ventured into a forest outside of Lavender Town in search of some of the many immensely powerful Pokémon that had been rumored to be located there. The prospect of seeing, let alone catching one of these mythical creatures, was enough to draw you in.

The only thing that slightly worried you was an alleged Mewtwo that had been said to exist and almost guard the forest from any humans entering it. It was the one part of the stories you didn't believe was true. The only Mewtwo you knew of was located far away from here, and in some place no one had ever been; it was as much of a myth as this one was. Still, some part of you felt fear at the idea of seeing this thing in person.

You made your way further into the forest until you reached a clearing, the perfect place to start searching. It only took two steps before you saw it. It slowly lowered itself from the sky, keeping itself directly above you as it stared you down. The Mewtwo. Its skin was black and gray, its eyes an electric blue. You wanted to run, but you knew you wouldn't get far, not while running from this thing. It stared you down before speaking to you telepathically. Its tone was as mystical as it was unnerving.

"You have been blessed with an undeserved warning. Leave."

You knew it was serious with its warning. If you didn't leave quickly, you would be buried here. What will you do? Run, or see what you can learn about this being?
