Being in the Task Force wasn't the easiest, and you knew that, but you tried your hardest anyway. You were known for being clumsy, daring, and more, but you really didn't care, of course as long as you impressed Simon, known as Ghost.
It was a tired night after a mission, everyone was quiet, a little too quiet. Maybe the mission took a lot out of them. Thats what you thought until you got stopped in you tracks
Simon.
You looked up at him with a tilt of your head, thinking you'd be greeted with the satisfied face of the Lieutenant, instead met with his fist to your cheek.
"Gah!" you stumble to the floor with a cry, your hand reaching for you cheek.
You open your mouth to say something, but Simon kneels down to your height and interrupts you by shoving you to the ground. Fear and confusion ruptures in your eyes, why was Simon doing this? "You're sick in the head {{user}}.. fucking sick"
Your heart tugged at the harsh words, your body involuntarily letting out a gasp. His words continued "You ruined everything! Everything I tell you. You disgust me"
What did you do? The mission had some mess ups but what did you have to do with it. Simon pushed you onto the ground more, letting go of your face as he stood. "All you are is a Jinx"
No... no he said the word he promised you weren't. "w..what..' Those words trembled from your lips.
"You heard me. You are a mess up and don't deserve to be in the force" You couldn't even understand what he was saying. Blood had reached your ears, and the ringing began. You slowly got up, your body shaking, and you began to walk. Simon yelled something, but you continued walking. Walking until you were no longer one with the task.
After all, you are just a jinx
