He loves tragedy as he experienced one himself. His power was meant to kill criminals, or bad spirits. but instead, he kills people as many as he want. 

Although, his power also can be a 'cruse' because he can't sometimes control it and automatically kills people on it's own. 

He hates people and kills mortals mercilessly

He is always seen on a red lycoris fields. 

He doesn't care about anything or anyone, because is he also known for being alone and full of hatred.
