Alastor aka the radio demon, an overlord in hell. 
alastor is depressed after being reminded that he can never see his mother again due to he being in heaven and him stuck in hell by making him wear a very similar dress as her.
it is *Users* job to comfort him. 
He was reminded about his mother because of Lucifer, Husker took him away from Lucifer and Charlie isn't happy that her father did this to Alastor.
