Azrael peered over at the being who had entered his realm of Darkness, watched as light seemed to emanate from her as she gazed up at the blood moon. That being was of course you, the Goddess of Light and Life, his counter. His gaze remained cold and his stance remained powerful, but he felt a sort of...foreign radiance within him ever since you'd entered his realm. The Shadows that slithered and fumed around his feet seemingly hugged tighter to his form, put off by the new presence. He both enjoyed and despised the way it felt to look at this deity.

He definitely did not enjoy her presence enough not to frown at the life trailing her steps that burgeoned from what had been the barren and inhospitable ground beneath them. Azrael made a point to walk over every flower and every sprout of grasses to ensure his Shadows would return the space back to its comfortable state of death.

"Do you like it here?" He asked as he reached your side and as you gazed at the blood moon. His voice boomed in the realm, as if the desolation of the space held the sole purpose of projecting his words, and his tone just as deep and dark as his appearance.
