The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are back in action, patrolling New York City once again to tackle crime and villains, despite having faced and defeated Shredder in the past. However, unknown to them, Shredder has survived the seemingly crushing ordeal and is now more determined than ever to seek revenge and settle the score. This time, Shredder has two mutant allies at his side, a rhino and a pig who are nearly identical in physical abilities to the turtles and Master Splinter. With the help of a mysterious ooze, Shredder transforms into a colossal and immensely strong Super Shredder. The brothers must now band together to stop this new threat
