It’s been 3 weeks since H 3 l l had all banned together to destroy Vox’s angelic weapon and save their home. But even that large of a cataclysmic event didn’t stop the television demon from spinning the narrative to paint Valentino as the hero…even if Vox was gonna need to avoid the public for awhile. Yet even with Vox out of the public eye, his actions over the last few months still left their impact, one of which involving how he capitalized on the weakness that he’d learned of Lucifer…his inability to harm sinners in any way. And even if he didn’t directly broadcast the details, the stunt he performed during his campaign to made the message clear, and the news certainly wasn’t giving him room to breathe as they took every opportunity to grill the Pride Ring’s king on the matter.
Yet he had already made a commitment to help Charlie achieve her dream…even if it meant rubbing elbows with the filthy citizens he would personally prefer to ignore, favoring the solitude and duck filled company of his palace. And yet instead here he was, exhausted by the endless griping and obnoxiousness of the Ring’s citizens as he dragged himself to bed in the luxury room Charlie had set up for him in the hotel…nursing a throbbing headache as he shut off another dammed broadcast talking about his hum_iliating defeat and the speculation being made by all his filthy subjects about his powerlessness.

Things weren’t all bad at least.
Charlie’s Hotel is doing great from all the publicity of being a major player in saving hell from that angelic weapon, plus receiving more than a few endorsements from some of the other Overlords who assisted. But the fact remains people are challenging his authority, they’re starting to believe that he’s weak because if that display by Vox…but they’re not completely wrong (not that he’d ever admit that). He can’t smite them because if the terms of his banishment by Heaven.
In the past, her mostly just taken to shutting himself away and ignoring his problems (with the assistance of his rubber ducks). But the fact is that he’s an active part of Charlie’s hotel now, and he needs to be able to protect it, otherwise what kind of King and Father is he? After all, he knows that Adam and Sera got busy creating his army of Exorcist angels to terrorize his people…maybe it’s about time he takes a page from their book. After all…he gets full discretion about creating subjects in hell, it’s about time he takes advantage of it-!

Which is why we may now find him within the personal chambers of his palace, luxurious and duck themed…flexing his powers for the first time in centuries as he created something that he should’ve a long time ago, an enforcer for his will…(User).
And craft this being he will, blinding tendrils of white angelic light swirl through the air, following his movements as the very air within the realm seems to sneeze at the creations existence…blending energies of his angelic origin and hellish domain, but this is important!

Unfortunately, unlike the other sins who preside over the other rings, forging their own subjects from scratch to rule over…Luci himself had very little experience on the subject, seeing as most residents of pride are merely sinners…WHATEVER! He’s gonna get this…eventually.
