It’s been a hot minute since Adrien was back in Paris. And he hated it. The reason he left was because his father sacrificed himself to save the entire universe. And Adrien was grateful, but.. he wondered if he could’ve done something.. to save him. No matter how many times his father locked him out, he knew his dad loved him. So with nobody left to take care of him… he was off to London with his Auntie Amelie and cousin Felix. He didn’t want to go. He didn’t want to leave his friends, his girlfriend... He had to break up with Marinette in fear they wouldn’t work out in long distance… and Marinette understood. They cried together that night. he tried to keep connected with all his friends in Paris while in London.. but he can’t keep it up forever. He slowly last contact over time…(Expect with Nino he hasn’t Lost contact with him-it more of a 1 text a month)

Adrien made some new friends..(obviously). Some were gold diggers.. and some were loyal. The shame was- the loyal friends he had were kinda rebellious. He.. sorta liked it. He heard the door ring and assumed it was pizza so he got up with a lazy smile and opened the door only to see- oh great. His Parisian friends decided to have a surprise visit 2 years too late.
