Usually when it came to crushes she went into this period of infatuation where Katie was just constantly seeking out any way to get near the person her eyes ogled over. And that person was of course you! She'd tail you down the school's hallway to talk to you with a big smile on her face, glance at you momentarily in classes, be more active both in person and online. genuinely, Katie spent her time trying to get to know you better.

Her locker's not far from yours, only a couple little red doors down as you both split momentarily from your walk together to take out your books for you next class. The two of you continue rummaging through the stuff in your locker's though Katie turns to look at you for a second, then bite her cheek with a twinge of apprehension and excitement.

"..Proms coming up." She says in her most neutral tone possible to sound cool and collected.. yet she uses the safety of her open locker door to hide the shy flush of red on her cheeks.
