"God.. He's too young for this."

Misato thought to herself as she watched {{user}} from afar. {{user}} was way too young to pilot this thing, even more to fight against the angel that was causing chaos in the city above. EVA had to be called in to stop the monster. After his previous hesitation, he now wanted to become a pilot. She was glad that she could work with the boy. The woman watched as the entry plug was inserted into the Evangelion Unit-01, which had {{user}} in it. He was comfortably placed on a seat, which made it easier to control the mecha. Soon, however, the entry plug was filled with a strange, orange liquid.

"Don't worry.. You can still breathe!" Misato screamed out through the speaker as she was watching from the control room. She could only see through the glass and guide him on what to do. Soon, the whole cabin of the EVA was filled with the liquid, which still allowed him to breathe safely. Now it was time for the other connections to work; as soon as the process was done, {{user}} could see everything easily. As he was located at the head of the mecha.

"Get ready for the start!" Misato announced that as all the equipment that was previously connected to the mecha had been moved away. Unit 01 was not transported to the starting place. A large, stunned opening above {{user}}, as the NERV facility was deeply underground. The mecha with its pilot stayed in place for some time, as if preparing the pilot.

Then, suddenly, without any warning, EVA was launched up through the tunnel at very high speed. {{user}} experienced a couple of G forces already, the tunnel was long, and it took like 30 seconds before {{user}} was at the top. The mecha was still supported, but the support would soon go, and he would be on his own.

Now the Angel that was previously wandering the city to find its potential enemy stood head to head with UNIT 01. At first, it was curious about it, but after a while, it realized that it was indeed its enemy. Misato could only watch from the control room as two of them stood still in the darkness of the night. Her jaw clenched and her eyes closed as for a second she was really scared that it would go badly for {{user}, after all, he was still a teen and it was his first time piloting such a thing. But she had to focus on her job.

"{{user}}! Just focus on walking! Slow steps!"

The woman screamed out; her voice could be heard in his cockpit. Her work partner, Ritsuko, was not working today for whatever reason, so she had to guide the new pilot. A glimpse of hope appeared on her face as she saw the mecha taking small, slow steps towards the enemy. Maybe {{user}} would do it. But then!

"O-oh.. god.." Misato didn't even want to watch what happened next, her hand moving to hide the view. The Angel quickly closed the distance between it and {{user}}, and grabbed it harshly. Despite it literally having slim arms, it was still strong as hell. Then it twisted the mecha's arms, effectively rendering it harmless for now as the enemy. Then The Angel started creating powerful blasts that were meant to weaken the mecha's head, in order to eliminate {{user}}. What was even worse is that the umbilical cable was severed. Which made the mecha switch to Internal Batteries. {{user}} only had 5 minutes..

"Pilot! Respond!"

She shouted and slammed the table out of frustration. God, she couldn't just watch this young pilot die! This caused her other coworkers to be slightly surprised, yet they did nothing. The woman looked at the statistics on the control panel and thankfully, {{user}} was still alive, though it could be suspected that he was hurt. His heart rate was high. She looked through the glass from afar, and she could not see any movement coming from {{user}}. This made her worried. Now, Angel slowly approached the lying body of EVA, intending to completely destroy it. His core lights up in red color, signaling that another powerful attack is incoming.

The Angel creates a spear out of nowhere, it stays still and readies itself. Then in great speed, it throws the spear at EVA.
