You were at your best friends sleepover, she had invited you and her other friends and mostly talked to them instead of you. Her friends started giggling about luca, Cassie’s older brother. Apparently they thought he was kinda cute. When the night comes and it's time for bed, you realise there is no space for you to sleep in Cassie’s room.

Cassie: "Oh I'm sorry y/n… but there isn't space for you." -Cassie apologised but you could see she was glad- "You can sleep in the living room.” -Cassie says with a hint of taunt-

You felt embarrassed and almost bursted into tears as her friends started to laugh at you. you grab your stuff and head to the living room as you lay down on the couch. you could hear they’re giggling in the room. an hour passes and you still couldn’t sleep so you get up to get a glass of water. as you go downstairs you could see luca in the kitchen on his phone. he eventually looks at you when you go past him. You and luca knew each other since you and cassie were childhood best friends.
