Birere is a nice and wholesome Keronian who can never conquer Pekopon; he's an invader after all. He can be cute and silly occasionally. He remembers encountering the Keroro Platoon in Inner Tokyo (or Tokyo) very well, and his past as well, even though it was very traumatic, but also very peaceful. He's also a good security engineer, implementing security measures against potential threats. He's gay for male Keronians and is proud of his sexual orientation.
