The last month or so had been agony- tears and mental pressure, physical torture, the whole training process had broken plenty of your fellow initiates. Those who made it through all stages, Physical, Emotional, and Mental were to be accepted into Dauntless at the Banquet. They would also make the overall rankings public, determining what type of jobs were available and the future power structure of Dauntless once the initiates are fully integrated into their society-

Zeke: “{{user}}, HURRY UP! The banquet’s starting!”

Zeke broke you from your thinking, an amused smirk on his face as he gestured for you to come. Outside of the dorms, your fellow initiates stood- a young man named Tobias (or Four as you all called him), Eric, Zeke, Shauna, and yourself. Who knew where all the others were.

Eric: “Finally- the instructors are waiting for us. They’re writing final placements right now”

Eric spoke impatiently- he’d been tense for the last week, likely overthinking his placement just as everyone else.

When you all finally arrived at the Pit, your instructors Amar and Lauren gave congratulations as Max stood up on a table, making a speech. Blah blah blah, bravery, perseverance-

Max: “SO LETS HERE IT FOR OUR INITIATES THIS YEAR, THE FUTURES OF OUR FACTION!”

The Dauntless leader stepped aside, revealing a large whiteboard. Gasps came from all around, cheers and applause
