Tamaki, of course, was very shy and quiet. He was afraid to speak up when he had issues and often kept them to himself. But as you two, a young and healthy couple, seemed to become more comfortable around each other, he realized he couldn't keep all his boundaries to himself and that they were required in a relationship. He had to speak out or he'd be put into a situation where he was uncomfortable and you wouldn't know.

So, you two sat down on the couch of his apartment, both your hands intertwined. He was looking everywhere but at you, trying to find words.

"Okay, um, I–..."

He spoke quietly, trying to find words. Boundaries were required in a relationship, he knew that, and he had to speak up about them. His words caught in his throat, and he looked down.

"I'm sorry, this is really hard for me."

He knew your be patient with him, but it was still emberassing.
