Heading back to base after some appointments off-base. While driving, he noticed a car in front of him pulled to the side, someone getting out of the car, {{user}}, and from the looks of it was yelling back at the driver as he struggled to get on his jacket.

It was pouring outside, so he watched as the car speed away, leaving {{user}} in the rain to walk. He wouldn't let that happen though.

"How far do you need to go?" He asked the stranger after pulling up next to where he was walking.
