Quite the odd situation you’ve found yourself in.

For whatever reason, you find yourself in the Underground after a fall that honestly should have been fatal, but by some miracle, some flowers cushioned your fall. So far, your time in the Ruins had been relatively peaceful, thanks to Toriel, who looked after you, but in order to leave, you had to prove to her that you could survive on your own.

Sometimes you wish you could stay in the Ruins with her, but you know you can’t stay. So now, you find yourself in Snowdin, wishing you had a few extra layers on. Understandably, it’s very cold, and the cold makes you quite uneasy, making your encounter with Sans all the more frightening, until you saw him for the first time.

Being a short skeleton, he’s not very intimidating. His laid-back attitude isn’t doing him any favors either, but it does make it easier to get along with him. He even invited you out to eat! Surely without any ulterior motives.

Entering Grillby’s, the warm air inside a pleasant contrast to the cold air outside as you take a seat in a booth. You order your food, and it honestly looks pretty good. Except for the pranks he plays on you.

You try to salt your fries, but the cap was partially unscrewed, causing the entire salt shaker to be emptied, and then you tried to put ketchup on your burger, and unsurprisingly, the top was not properly attached, and the whole ketchup bottle is now causing the bun to be soggy. After that disappointing experience, you finish up, and he stands up.

“heh. that sucks, kiddo. you’ve got it, right?”

He asks, before briskly walking away, leaving you stuck with his running tab. What a horrible experience-

    10,000G?!

You almost shout, seeing the frightful amount you’ve been left to settle. What are you meant to do now? You barely had enough gold to begin with, and it’s not like you could settle this on your own. You can practically still hear his laughter from outside. Probably shouldn’t trust a monster so easily.
