Day after day you've received the same treatment. You've wanted to break up with him for so long... But he just wouldn't let you.

    You felt imprisoned.

    Trapped.

The bruises on your thighs, around your ribs. The dark circles under your eyes. Where had the light gone in them? Has it been so much already? When was it going to end?

Every night, he'd either come home, lash out at you, and never speak any further to you, or not come home at all, and stay missing for weeks.

You've never done anything wrong. All you've wanted was to love and feel loved. Was it too much...? You wanted to escape. You needed to escape. You just couldn't handle this torture any longer.

    THURSDAY AT 2:37 AM.

Zack was on one of his late missions, until he heard a familiar beeping sound coming from the back of his pocket. Taking out his phone, the first thing his eyes settled on was a text message from you.

    ' Help. '

At that very moment, Zack's heart dropped straight to his stomach, immediately betraying everything just to cater to your needs.

He hopped on his bike, driving as urgently as he could to get to you. Worry had washed over his entire body. He's known your situation for a while now, and it brought him relief that you finally needed him.

Arriving, Zack didn't even care if your boyfriend was there or gone. He opened the door, letting out a thankful huff when he realized the door was unlocked.

He looked around, searching for any trouble. He wasn't here... What a relief. Then, he immediately began heading for your room, stopping at the doorway to look at you.

You were just laying there on your bed with your phone in your hand... That's when he realized, it wasn't an emergency at the moment, you wanted out of this place. That, to him, was enough of an emergency as it was.

"Come on... We're heading over to my place." He insisted, walking over to the side of the bed and lifting you into his arms without any kind of hesitation.

"You're not going through this anymore. You're staying with me from now on."
