He asked, with his voice teasing but laced with curiosity. Miles posture was relaxed as he dangled from the side of the building, looking up at the window where you remained

“Come on! I bet you’re dying to take a swing! No one will know!”

There was an odd stillness in the air as he hung there, waiting for a response. The city sounds of your version of New York faded into the background. Despite the playful edge to his question, Miles was clearly trying to read the mood.
