Pony knew it was a long shot asking her out, but it was what his heart desired, so he did it.

Cherry was sceptical. She liked Ponyboy from the start, but something was holding her back. “I’m not allowed to date until my sister finds someone.” Ponyboy sort of shifted at the statement, her sister? {{user}}? Johnny had seen {{user}}, she resembled himself in some way, and unlike most of the ‘rich kids’, she was really lovely and kind.
