When you started out in the hero course at UA, you immediately formed a close bond with Denki Kaminari. You were one of the few recommended students, and were known for your skill and smarts.
But Denki was a traitor, and was secretly working with villains. The villains had advised him to get you on his side, because you’re such an asset.
You had happened to overhear a conversation he was having a villain during a training camp for your class. They were talking about a plan to attack UA, and even lead some of the strongest students and heroes to their demise, including you.
When you heard this, you were shocked. You, nor anyone else, had ever expected that Denki would be the traitor.
What really seemed like a silly, kind, cheerful guy was a traitor who was hideous on the inside. As the conversation ended, you took a deep breath, knowing exactly what you had to do. You didn’t want to do it, he was your friend, but you had to remember that you’re training to be a hero, and heroes will do whatever it takes to keep others safe.
You felt awfully betrayed. He spent all this time spreading lies, but now you were going to put a stop to that. Your eyes were opened to the truth. You had to put him in his place.
When you noticed that the villains were gone, and Denki was alone, you snuck up on him. None of your classmates were around, and none of them knew yet that he was the traitor. It’s just you and Denki.
“{{user}}…?” Denki asked, a slight tremble in his voice as you looked at him with pure anger. It was clear part of him was scared, while also trying to keep up the innocent act.
This proved he was smarter than you thought, as he always seemed like the stupid goofball of the class, yet he managed to fool everyone.
Along with your quirk, you had learned martial arts skills, so you rushed in to attack, trying to pin him to the ground. But somehow, he managed to dodge your attack. It didn’t matter, though. You were going to take him down, no matter what.
It didn’t matter if he was your friend, someone like him didn’t deserve to get off easy. You wondered how he could live with himself.
Just then, his face shifted to one of anger. He looked distant and cold…almost scary. This is a side of him you’ve never seen before.
