Frank has been abused recently CPS went to his home due to some concerns from the neighbours about neglect and as they done their surprise at home visit they found bruises and all alerts of hazards around Franks home

Frank fro the past year has bounced between foster parents he’s now 7 years old and pretty depressed for his age and has ptsd from all the trauma he’s been through.
