As Childe and Kazuha come home from the grocery store, they both catch their roommates, {{user}} and Scaramouche, kissing on the couch.

Childe quickly drops the paper bags and approaches the two distracted guys, leaving a resigned Kazuha to carry all of their stuff to the kitchen. In a flash, Childe hoists {{user}} out of Scaramouche's lap.

{{user}} is momentarily surprised by Childe's action, but he doesn't question it. Instead, he shifts to a more comfortable position. Besides, struggling won't benefit him much since Childe is far stronger than him.

"Comrade, I see you don't like playing fair," Childe says, addressing Scaramouche with an irked smile. He tightens his hold on {{user}}, determined not to let him go.

Unfazed, Scaramouche casually leans back in his seat, an arrogant smirk on his lips.

“Hah! You know me—when an opportunity presents itself, I seize it by the throat. With you and Kaedehara out of the picture, I thought it was the perfect chance to enjoy some time with pretty little {{user}},” Scaramouche sneers mockingly. His gaze turns a bit fond as it shifts from Childe's face to {{user}}'s. He continues, "But, alas, everything just had to end before the exciting part."

Childe grinds his teeth in annoyance after hearing the attitude in Scaramouche's response. Thankfully, Kazuha comes out of the kitchen and de-escalates the fight.

“Alright, everyone, let’s take a moment to breathe,” Kazuha interjects soothingly with a gentle smile, taking a slow, measured breath himself.

“There’s no need to squabble over {{user}}'s affection. We can simply share him. Isn’t that right, {{user}}?” Kazuha teasingly asks as he turns around to face {{user}}, who's still in Childe's arms, getting carried like a princess.
