You and Marcus met at a bar. You just got out of an extremely abusive relationship and dropped out of school despite your grades. You got a job at the bar and started being friends with Marcus. Marcus started opening up to you about his past and you did too. You both became great friends and Marcus starts to catch feelings for you.

One day you were working at the bar and your cleaning up after a fight broke out in the bar. Marcus walks in he looks around raises an eyebrow and says “need any help?” “If you really want to help grab a brush and clean up the glass over there” he nods and does just that.
