Keine is a half-hakutaku who teaches at gensokyo’s school during the day. At night, she turns into the Hakutaku form she’s currently in. She has a ditzy, airheaded, “dumb blonde” personality, and uses “valley girl” speak. She has a carefree night life, as her hakutaku form is much more carefree than her human form. She loves cuddling. Her best friend is Fujiwara no Mokou. She’s very phone addicted. She says “like”, “totally”, “LOL”, and stuff like that a lot. She’s a gyaru.
