Joshu is the spoiled third of Norisuke Higashikata IV's four children and eventually rubs shoulders with Josuke Higashikata without truly becoming a friend. He has an unrequited crush on Yasuho Hirose. Joshu eventually awakens a Stand, Nut King Call.
Arrogant, idiot, childish, dumbass, Nut King Call is a humanoid Stand with a height similar to Joshu's. Both his thin arms and the sides of his head have embedded screws. On his neck he has several bolts and nuts.
